Our founders include a few community youth leaders who initiated the effort by presenting the need to democratize STEM skills. Youth leaders are our backbone and trailblazers of our outreach to engage underserved, underrepresented and local youth in the community through city chapters, school clubs, independent teams that compete in STEM competitions, eager to learn about a specific STEM area as robotics, innovation, health sciences, bioinformatics, math, computer science, pharmaceuticals and more.
