STEM Stride, a non-profit, is committed to enabling and empowering youth with Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) skills to inspire and prepare them for careers in STEM, especially underserved and underrepresented in STEM. We believe STEM skill opportunities must be democratized regardless of where they live, which school they attend, and what gender or race they belong to. At STEM Stride, we will engage youth in meaningful STEM activities, teach teams STEM Skills and mentor STEM activities such as robotics, health science, and bioinformatics, offer live webinars on STEM careers by industry professionals, and STEM Careers and College counseling leveraging positive youth development practices. The goal is to prepare youth for in-demand STEM Careers of the future by offering opportunities to those youth marginalized due to their socioeconomic status, geographic location, gender, or race. STEM Stride will engage STEM industry mentors and develop youth leaders in STEM who will serve as catalysts.

Youth Organization
Our youth organization made up of youth mentors will be actively engaged in the community to initiate and build school clubs, execute outreach under mentor guidance and share their STEM expertise with other youth.
Youth Enablement
We work with high-school /college youth that are eager to know more about STEM professions, industry credentials /certifications, internship opportunities, STEM competitions and more to inspire them to STEM careers by mentoring high school and college teams and individuals, offering webinars on critical STEM skills.

Our History
We start our journey by by mentoring FIRST Tech Challenge team Steel Synergy #23580 and hosting once a month mentoring series by veteran team members of Steel Synergy on topics related to FTC to support rookie teams an members in the Central Texas region.
